1. All items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided by customer. Please make sure your address is correct.
All items are shipped directly from storage. When we shipped out items, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is 48-72 hours processing period once payment is received. Once items are shipped, we will email you with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 7-12 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 7 days. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.
2. If your items are out of stock, we will email you to pick them up. Please add dvdstoreservice@163.com in your list so you will get emails from us.
3. No refunds. Unless the incorrect size or incorrect model you received!
4. If you want to change the items, please send it back within 7 days and be responsible for the shipping. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your item for another one.)

Returns Policy
1. We are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% returning fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. We don't cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add a tracking insurance for your own protection as we can't be responsible for lost shipments.
